The proposals set out to enhance accommodation formerly linked to the village shop and also improve the shop front for the benefit of the community as well as visitors. This involved removing harmful alterations and additions to the listed building and making the necessary repairs to historic features.
Planning and listed building consent were granted in October 2019 and associated conditions were discharged in February 2020.
