Congratulations to the team at St Mary’s, Portsea for securing a £764,000 grant from the National Lottery Heritage Fund towards the conservation repair of their unique 1889 JW Walker and Sons pipe organ. The work is to be completed by Nicholson and Co Ltd over approximately 12 months and forms part of a three year project to deliver engaging and inspiring activities associated with 130 years of music-making in the heart of the City of Portsmouth. The Practice will continue to assist the project.
