Trevor joined the Practice in 2014 and has since developed a wide experience of projects relating to historic buildings of all scales and complexities. He recently completed conservation work to a listed post-war private house in the New Forest, built to the designs of Sir James Dunbar-Nasmith in 1964 to 1965. Much of the work involved careful joinery design and detailing.
His experience extends to a variety of church projects including reordering schemes and Heritage Lottery funded projects for repairing church fabric. Recently his work to St Mary’s Church, Thakeham was highly commended by the Sussex Heritage Trust.
Trevor has a keen interest in traditional building techniques and materials, and enjoys working with historic fabric, unravelling the layers of historic assembly. His methodical approach to drawing and detailing, together with his excellent 3D computer skills, are valued widely by the team.
